How law enforcement and media covered up the plan to burn Christopher Dorner alive | San Francisco Bay View

Christopher Jordan Dorner was not a revolutionary. He was not organizing anyone. He was not John Brown or Harriet Tubman. He was pissed off about racism, police cover ups/frame ups and corruption, police brutality, and being fired from a job he held sacred. He was a whistle blower. He was a Black person with guns and lethal military training, and a mind that had apparently had enough of swallowing systemic racism.
He was still a dedicated police officer, in his mind body and spirit.
The ubiquitous “they” however, only deemed him a dangerous n***a because he threw down on their program. And those who are considered property aren’t supposed to do that.
They didn’t even too much care about the alleged killings. That was just smoke and mirrors. They burned him alive, apparently, with a lynching rope of military weapons and active racist zeal – the same things that he complained about – because he stripped them of their camouflage of complicit and silent violence.
They have apparently silenced his physical voice – which is what they feared more than they feared his weapons, and they mobilized a small army plus a complicit media to do this – all for one lone Black man.
So one of the morals of the story is – if they’ll do this to one of “their own,” – albeit a “disobedient” one – it should be no surprise that they have, do, and will continue to do worse to us.
And this is why I read, write, and photograph for the SF BAYVIEW Newspaper. This is why I regularly check out posts on Davey D’s Hip Hop Corner, and listen when I can to select AFRIKAN radio programming – on stations we own – and/or even when it is occurring at otherwise racist radio stations.
Where else – except in our treasured alternative and Black-AFRIKAN media – would we find out the real deal about sh*t like this?
Say hi to Lovelle, Chris.
